USO Bounce

We didn't get a huge bounce in USO, but there are some early signs that it may be ready to turn.

 There's the bounce I mentioned earlier.

Here's the 1 min chart starting to turn. I might wait a little bit unless you ran a tight stop, just to make sure this isn't a pause/consolidation. I'll keep an eye on it as I know a few people want to trade it.
