Happy Thanksgiving

Even though many of our members are from all over the world, I just wanted to say Happy Thanksgiving and to thank all of you who have written me today with well wishes for the holiday and some very touching messages that make me really proud of what we are trying to do here and the group of people we are doing it with.

I've always been blessed with a fantastic membership and days like today are a reminder of that so that's something I'm very thankful for today and everyday.

Forbes ran an article about how complimenting employees can be as effective as giving them a raise (or to that effect) which is something I've known for a long time as I've been in management in one capacity or another most of my life and I understand what true appreciating of your employees' hard work can do for morale. Much in the same manner, many of your emails today wishing us a Happy Thanksgiving with some very touching messages really makes me want to re-double my efforts to bring you the best service possible, you all deserve that.

Tomorrow we're back in with the wolves, the cheats (did you see that big SEC investigation in to what  SAC/associates of Stevie Cohen, being called the most lucrative insider trading scandal in history?) and the sheep. This is not an isolated incident, this is what we are up against everyday and why a moving average has little value to me when stuff like this is what rules Wall Street. Luckily we can see a bit of what they are doing and follow along without even breaking the law, I'm thankful for that.

Thanks again everyone, have a fantastic holiday or day if you are outside the U.S., know that I'm thankful for your emails (I may frame several) and I'm thankful for your trust.
