Quick Look at Sectors

From a quick look Tech and Energy seem to be going positive more than Financials, although Financials are moving positive, the relative momentum seems to be in Tech and Energy including USO specifically.

I'm pretty much set with long position hedges, but if I weren't I would certainly consider adding some here.
