Adding a Little to MCP

I've tried to keep all long positions except the ones we have longer term expectations for, at speculative position size which means the risk is dialed down to 1% of portfolio per position (which can mean 20% trade risk, it is just a matter of position sizing, IT DOES NOT MEAN A 1% STOP ON A POSITION).

MCP currently is at 0.5% risk, I like what I'm seeing as is is starting to develop, I would prefer to wait a bit longer and let it develop some more, but honestly I have to do this when I have time. I will keep an eye on it if there looks to be a more opportune time, obviously I do think this is a head fake move.
