Read this-online banking down for a second day
If you are a Bank of America Customer and have experienced this I'd like to hear from you.
I will say we had a business account there and a substantial personal account and our personal banker was as rude as you can be, condescending, sarcastic, etc. I'm not the type to complain if I have bad service at a restaurant or something like that, but I was immediately on the phone with the branch manager. They also ended up screwing up our account over an ATM deposit which took nearly 3 weeks to get in to our account. That was it, we closed our account and as far as I'm concerned, they had the worst customer service and the most inept staff have ever seen in a large corporation.
