Just like yesterday, we aren't seeing accumulation per the norm with quiet buying, but just as we saw later in the day yesterday, an open for all to view, volume surge.
Volume surges are one of the easiest ways to get retail traders salivating, they step in to bid up the market based on the volume surge. Preliminarily, this tells me that institutions are not behind this, this looks like a PPT maneuver as smart money doesn't announce their intentions like this and certainly doesn't buy into higher prices.
Lets see how far retail will take this and if they'll step n again with another volume surge.
Is interest rates about to start going up?

Yes, I know - it does not make any sense - FED is about to cut
rates...but....real world interest rates are not always what FED wants it
to be.
