So Far Spanish Elections Have not moved the Euro

The Euro opened tonight at a gain of .01% or nearly totally flat. I would have thought the Spanish Elections would have caused at least a short term sugar high, but as of yet, nothing. Perhaps investors are truly looking as the forest and not risking the volatility of chasing sugar rush news, which would be a significant change in character recently.
