Churning

 Price in the DIA almost looks consolidative except the couple of candles with large upper wicks, with the heavier volume it looks more like churning then a consolidation.

 The IWM shows this more clearly in price with the long upper wicks all in the same area

 The QQQ

The SPY actually looks the most like churning which is the handing off of shares from strong hands to weak hands.
