Intraday volatility....

It almost seems as if there was some news, I didn't see any, however with volume this low, volatility is very easy. The only thing I see looks like a purely technical move.

 DIA intraday resistance and a break on volume, not much after that, looks like they're shaking the tree.

Same in the SPY.
