Really nothing much happened since Monday except MasterCard confirmed that the holiday shopping season was not very strong, the weakest growth in 4 years since 2008.
Other than that, pretty much everything is as we left it, futures are bouncing back and forth between up a couple points and Monday's close, the EUR/USD is just about where we left it.
Sunday night's open and last night's open in the FX market.
ES, not giving any strong signals this a.m., Futures for the Indices opened at 6 a.m. today.
NQ with some "As you'd expect" divergences, nothing earth shattering or highly suggestive as of yet.
Is interest rates about to start going up?
-
Yes, I know - it does not make any sense - FED is about to cut
rates...but....real world interest rates are not always what FED wants it
to be.
