Volatility on or before the Minutes

At 2 pm the minutes are coming out, I have divergences in intraday timeframes saying we will see upside shortly, whether before the minutes as in soon or as they come out on the typical knee jerk reaction, this may be strong, it may be impressive, but the charts behind these showing a pop from here are VERY negative, so I'd still use any price strength to enter shorts.
