The 10 a.m. embargoed Jackson Hole Speech was absolutely leaked.

The news organizations definitely have the speech long before it is released so they can comment on it when it is released and sound intelligent, it's called an embargo.

Who knows who else has it, but judging from the early signals, I'd say this speech was most definitely leaked before hand.

The stop hunting on a weekly option expiration is just too obvious. This is why most professional traders don't even start trading until 10:30 a.m.
