CAT has had a very ugly open thus far...

 5 min chart with the triangle from Friday broken on volume

 The 1 min chart, UGLY!

As of this early hour in the market, this would be a daily confirmed reversal if it closed like this. If we close under the red trendline, CAT should see some accelerated downside.
