A.M. Observations

Good morning,

Well I can't say that there's much of interest or surprise this morning. It seems the EUR/JPY and USD/JPY have been gaining back "some" of their losses since 3 p.m. lows yesterday, but it's nothing unexpected.
5 min USD/JPY chart bouncing since 3 p.m. yesterday and overnight.

Remember yesterday's Dominant Price/Volume Relationship, Close Down/ Volume up, as I said last night it's effectively like a 1-day oversold condition and the next day usually closes up, but what is "usual" is not what is important to me right now. What is real as far as the market's character as we seem to be gently sliding over the edge, whether it  remains intact or is changing and if so how.

The Index futures mostly have 1 min negatives, except for ES, but there was so much damage done yesterday, the 5 min charts are giving the market some room on the upside so we'll observe, see if there are any interesting openings, collect data and get to it.

Have a great day everyone.
