And they need to because of the bribery they are trying to pull off to keep the peasants from revolting, but the problem is, it's no replacement for Libyan crude with a very low sulfur content, it's perfect for Diesel fuel. It would take 3 barrels of Saudi Crude to equal 1 of Libyan, the other major problem is the refineries aren't equipped to remove the heavy sulfur content in Saudi Crude. So is this good news, ok  news or totally irrelevant? The market will weigh in soon enough.
