From the look of the $USD very recently (last few minutes), I think it's going to cause the market to get a bit more choppy which will be good, we need some lateral movement for a decent entry, this should effect oil/USO as well.
This should be coming soon, the more volatile the $USD, the more choppy the market may become from here.
