TECS

I don't have any TECS (3x short TECH), but if I did, I'd be closing it right now (if I'm a shorter term trader) and considering (if you want to try to play a bounce), buying TECL, this would only be as short term trade. then it would be back to TECH short.

I'm going to look at opening an XLK Sept. Call position.
