USO Update

It's still a bit early to get a read on 3C, but thus far, not much confirmation in to the parabolic spike, which had started BEFORE the data was released.

I'll probably fade this move in the Options Model Portfolio for a quick trade. I'd like to see some better 3C confirmation first, maybe a small position to get started.
